Forza Roof Cleaning provides professional roof cleaning, exterior cleaning, and related maintenance services in the Columbus, Ohio metropolitan area. All services are performed by trained technicians using our proprietary low-pressure treatment process. Specific service details, pricing, and scheduling are confirmed in writing via a separate service agreement or estimate provided before work begins.
All estimates provided through our website, phone, or in-person consultations are non-binding until a formal service agreement is signed by both parties. Pricing may vary based on roof size, material, condition, accessibility, and the scope of work required. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the actual scope of work differs materially from the initial assessment.
Forza Roof Cleaning stands behind the quality of our work. Our guarantee covers the re-treatment of bio-growth (algae, moss, lichen, and black streaks) that returns within the guarantee period specified in your service agreement. The guarantee does not cover damage caused by storms, falling debris, structural defects, unauthorized modifications to the roof, or normal weathering unrelated to bio-growth. Guarantee terms are detailed in your individual service agreement.
By engaging our services, you represent that:
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, checks, and electronic payment methods. A deposit may be required for larger projects, as specified in your service agreement. Accounts not paid within 30 days of the invoice date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
We understand that schedules change. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated same-day cancellations may result in a cancellation fee. Weather-related rescheduling is handled at no charge — we will work with you to find the next available date.
To the fullest extent permitted by Ohio law, Forza Roof Cleaning's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, lost profits, or damage to property not directly caused by our negligence.
Forza Roof Cleaning carries general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Franklin County, Ohio, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Ohio law governs these Terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Forza Roof Cleaning, LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of our services, or any misrepresentation regarding property ownership or condition.
